Hi,
Welcome
to the durham21 freshers site - designed with two main
aims in mind.
Firstly,
we're aiming to offer the definitive guide on what to expect and how to
survive freshers week in Durham. Do the virtual
tour and know your way around before you get
here, go to the freshers forum
and know the people before you get here, read how to turn your room in
halls into a palatial
penthouse, and enter our competition
to win the ultimate student survival kit.
Secondly,
we want to introduce you to some of the features of the award-winning
main
durham21 site, used by students here to keep up with
university life for the rest of the year. Familiarise yourself with the
listings
section, so that you'll always know when the best social events are, or
check out the info section for the best places to eat,
drink
and dance,
in Durham and Newcastle.
If you like
what you see and want to sign up for our free weekly kickstarter
email, or if you want to work
with us, why not come along and see us at the freshers
fair?
See you there.
